Ultra-multi-head machines become the mainstream

At present, the ultra-multi-head embroidery machine has become a popular model in the embroidery machine industry, and the increase in efficiency is the highlight of this type of machine. Especially in the water-soluble lace processing market, the ultra-multi-head embroidery machine has completely eliminated the previous ordinary embroidery machine, and the number of heads has gradually evolved from 60 to 90 and even to 120 heads. The ultra-multi-head embroidery machine can produce two to three times the profit of the ordinary embroidery machine.

But as the machine getting longer and longer, The distance between the center and the tail of the machine to the operating panel is getting farther and farther, which makes it inconvenient to operate the machine.

This system is based on wireless Bluetooth technology, combined with the characteristics and needs of the embroidery machine application ,use remote can perform moving frame, moving frame high and low speed, trimming, cutting bottom thread, needle down position, jog and upper thread tension adjustment, etc. Recently, through the market feedback, homing and back to ending point are added ,which will be more convenient for the use of embroidery.

The Bluetooth remote system consists of two parts: Bluetooth wireless remote Bluetooth wireless receiver.

(1) Perform common functions such as moving frame, moving frame high and low speed switching, trimming, cutting the bottom thread , needle down position, jog, back to the ending point, homing point and upper thread tension adjustment;

(2) Lithium battery power supply, can be charged, low battery alarm, with automatic sleep function;

(3) Installation and wiring is simple, only need to access the CAN bus, no other wiring is required;
